Do I need my own API keys?
Yes. You connect your own DataForSEO account, which powers all rank data. That keeps your data costs at wholesale rates and means our pricing covers only the platform. AI review replies are optional and use your own AI provider key.
What's a geo-grid scan?
Instead of checking rank from one point, we check it from a grid of locations across your client's service area, so you see that they rank #1 downtown but #14 in the suburbs. It's the honest picture of local visibility.
What is AI Visibility tracking?
On Pro and Agency plans, RankingsTracker monitors AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini for mentions of your clients, tracking which prompts surface them, how visibility trends over time, and which competitors get recommended instead. It runs on your DataForSEO key, like everything else.
Is there a limit on keywords?
No. Every plan includes unlimited keywords. Because you bring your own DataForSEO key, you control your own data spend. Plans are priced by the number of client domains you track, your scan cadence, and team seats instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is fully self-serve through Stripe's secure customer portal: upgrade, downgrade, update your card, or cancel whenever you want.
Is my client data private?
